1Acceptance of Terms

5Placing Wagers

You are responsible for checking all details on the bet slip — including the event, market type, selection, stake, and odds — before confirming.

PlayPal may decline to accept any wager at its sole discretion. A wager is only considered accepted once PlayPal confirms it. If a connection issue interrupts the confirmation process, check your account's bet history before attempting to place the same wager again to avoid duplicate bets.

• The event was cancelled, abandoned, or not completed within the timeframe specified by applicable market rules.
• The wager was accepted in error due to a technical fault, data error, or incorrect odds publication.
• There is evidence that the result was influenced by match fixing, corruption, or any other irregular activity.
• The wager was placed in breach of any provision of these terms.

In the event of a dispute about settlement, the decision of PlayPal shall be final, subject only to applicable law. Any dispute must be raised by the player within 72 hours of the relevant settlement.

7Bonuses and Promotions

• Attempting to reverse transactions through a payment provider after an outcome has been settled.

• Accessing another player's PlayPal account without authorisation.

9Account Suspension and Closure

PlayPal may suspend or permanently close your account at any time if it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms and Conditions, if required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority, or in order to protect the integrity of the platform.

You may close your PlayPal account at any time by contacting support. Any pending wagers placed before the closure request was submitted will be settled according to normal rules. Verified balances remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard verification requirements.
